What to Expect During a Design Consultation
During our customizations webinar, we won’t just explain what customizations are available for your home. We can also show design updates to your selected floor plan during your design meeting!
Once you decide on a modular home floor plan by either viewing our properties or taking a virtual tour, you can decide which customizations features matter most to your family and lifestyle. Things like custom kitchen cabinets, unique modular home siding, or a second story addition are all options for your home.
After we walk through those featured options, we will apply various custom features to a modular home floor plan using our design software. We can show you the various designs, colors, and layout options available for our modular homes, so you can better understand what your own modular home design process would be like.
From there, you’ll be able to see how we can modify any one of our floor plans to suit your needs - the only thing we cannot modify is adding or modifying your home’s square footage!
Unlike traditional stick-built homes, modular homes offer amazing customization features, at affordable prices, and a faster construction timeline. Between our customizations process, and building off-site to expedite your modular home construction, you’ll be amazed at what we can do to bring your design vision to life.

During a consultation, you will come to your meeting with a selected floor plan, so we can get started designing your home. Prior to the consultation, we will provide you with a base quote for your chosen floor plan, and during your consultation, alter and customize your floor plan as needed. Once this phase is complete, we will provide you with your final turn-key quote, and can begin moving forward with your project.
In addition to your design consultation, our home builders will conduct an on-site visit of your land, and you’ve signed your contract, we can begin constructing your home to fit your needs, while meeting local building codes and for the state of North Carolina.
