Come Tour Our Model Homes in Burlington, NC](https://blog.nccustommodulars.com/about-modular-homes/tour-model-homes-nc) Categories: [Custom Homes](https://blog.nccustommodulars.com/about-modular-homes/topic/custom-homes), [Modular Homes](https://blog.nccustommodulars.com/about-modular-homes/topic/modular-homes), [Home Building Process](https://blog.nccustommodulars.com/about-modular-homes/topic/home-building-process) ![](https://blog.nccustommodulars.com/hubfs/realtorandbuyerwithkey.jpg) If you haven’t already, go check out some of our [virtual tours](https://blog.nccustommodulars.com/take-a-virtual-tour-of-your-custom-home-the-sparta-the-alexandria-and-the-arlington) to tour some of our past customers’ favorite floor plans without leaving your couch. While we’re proud to offer detailed virtual tours, we also know that sometimes you just need to be in a space to really get a feel for it, which is why we have model homes on display on-site at Carolina Custom Homes.  Want to go ahead and [schedule a tour](https://nccustommodulars.com/on-display-now/)? No problem. Here’s what to expect. ## **First, let’s make sure we’re able to serve your area!** We travel quite a bit for our customers and have quite a large service area, but let’s double-check your location with our [zip code checker](https://www.nccustommodulars.com/zip-code-checker/). If you’re hoping to move out of your current zip code, be sure to enter the zip code where your new land will be or where you hope to be. ### What if I don’t know where my land will be? If you don’t have land yet, we’re happy to connect you with one of our realtors who can help you find the right place to build your dream home. We’ll even buy it for you and include the land in your building costs so you don’t have to go through two separate loan processes. ## **Schedule an appointment** Once we’ve verified that we can build in your desired area, [choose a time](https://www.nccustommodulars.com/schedule-a-tour/) to come tour some homes. Once that’s settled, you’ll come see us at: #### Carolina Custom Homes of Burlington 2450 N. Church St. Burlington, NC 27217 We know Burlington can be a bit of a drive for some of our customers, but with over 600 floor plans to choose from and a variety of model homes on site, we know we can find the perfect home to suit your individual and family needs. ## **Tour our model homes** We change which of our floor plans are on display every now and then to make sure we’re showing off unique and popular options. If you’re looking to see a specific property, give us a call and we’ll double check that it’s available. ### If you’d like to look around before scheduling a visit, be sure to check our website to see which options are [currently on display](https://www.nccustommodulars.com/on-display-now/)! ![Carolina Custom Homes](https://nccustommodulars.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/logo_black.png) ### Written by [Carolina Custom Homes](https://blog.nccustommodulars.com/about-modular-homes/author/carolina-custom-homes) Carolina Custom Homes of Burlington was founded with a mission to provide customers with an alternative, greener way to build.
