While we’re proud to offer detailed virtual tours, we also know that sometimes you just need to be in a space to really get a feel for it, which is why we have model homes on display on-site at Carolina Custom Homes. We travel quite a bit for our customers and have quite a large service area, but let’s double-check your location with our zip code checker. If you’re hoping to move out of your current zip code, be sure to enter the zip code where your new land will be or where you hope to be.
What if I don’t know where my land will be?
If you don’t have land yet, we’re happy to connect you with one of our realtors who can help you find the right place to build your dream home. We’ll even buy it for you and include the land in your building costs so you don’t have to go through two separate loan processes.
